Wood floor cleaning & polishing — shine without refinishing.
Dull, hazy wood floors usually need a deep clean and polish, not a full sand-and-refinish. We bring back the shine for a fraction of the cost.
Most dull floors are dirty, not worn out.
Everyday dirt, mop residue and old polish build up on wood floors and leave them looking dull and hazy. That film is what you're seeing — not the end of the finish.
We deep-clean the floor with wood-safe products and a floor machine to remove the build-up, then polish it to an even, like-new sheen. No sanding, no dust, and the room is usually back in use the same day.

Wood Floor Care & Polishing questions.
What's the difference between polishing and refinishing?
Refinishing sands the floor to bare wood and applies a new finish — it's messy and expensive. Polishing cleans and renews the surface of the finish you already have. Deep scratches, bare spots or water damage may need refinishing, and we'll tell you.
Does this work on engineered wood or laminate?
Engineered wood with an intact finish usually does well. Laminate and vinyl plank are different products — ask us and we'll recommend the right approach.
How long does it take?
Most rooms take a few hours, depending on size and condition.
