This policy explains how ProRevive Steam & Clean LLC (“ProRevive,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit proreviveclean.com, request a quote, or contact us by phone, text or email.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, details about the job, photos you send, and how you'd like us to contact you.
• Communications: records of calls, texts and emails with us.
• Website usage: basic, aggregated information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. We may also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and the results of our advertising.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform service, and follow up afterward.
• To send appointment reminders and service updates.
• To improve our website, services and advertising.
• To keep records required for our business, taxes and insurance.

Text messages

If you check the box on our quote form or text us first, you agree that we may text you about your quote, appointment and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying any service. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example, the provider that delivers our website form submissions to us by email (Web3Forms), our website host (Cloudflare), email and phone providers, scheduling and payment tools, and analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and advertising

If we use Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel, those services may place cookies to measure site visits and ad performance and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage ad personalization through your Google Ad Settings and your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of the items or areas we clean for quality and documentation. If we use photos in our marketing, we leave out addresses, faces and other identifying details. Tell us if you'd prefer we don't use photos of your job.

How long we keep information

We keep customer information as long as needed to provide service, keep business and tax records, and handle any warranty, insurance or legal matters, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
