Sofa & upholstery cleaning matched to your fabric.
Sofas, sectionals, dining and accent chairs, ottomans and headboards — deep-cleaned with the right method for the material, so they come back fresh instead of damaged.
Every fabric gets the right method — not the same one.
Upholstery isn't carpet. Cotton, linen, velvet, microfiber, performance fabrics and natural fibers all react differently to water, heat and cleaning solutions. The wrong approach is how furniture ends up with water rings, browning or shrinkage.
That's why every job starts with the cleaning code on the tag and a test spot in a hidden area. Then we choose the method — hot-water extraction for durable fabrics, low-moisture cleaning for delicate ones.
What happens on the job.
Read the tag & test
We check the cleaning code and test a hidden spot for color bleed, browning or shrinkage risk.
Pre-treat
High-contact areas — arms, headrests, seat cushions — get pre-treated to release body oils and grime.
Deep clean
We clean with the method the fabric can handle, then treat any remaining spots.
Dry & enjoy
Most upholstery is ready to use within a few hours. We'll tell you when.
We test first — and we'll say no if it isn't safe.
Viscose, rayon, linen, silk and some velvets can brown, shrink or water-mark if they're cleaned the wrong way. On these fabrics we photograph the piece, explain the risks and use the gentlest method that works. If a piece can't be cleaned safely, we tell you before we touch it.
- Photo documentation before we start
- Test spot on every delicate piece
- Low-moisture methods for sensitive fibers
- A clear explanation of the risks before any work
Upholstery & Sofa Cleaning questions.
What do the cleaning codes on my furniture mean?
W means water-based cleaning is OK, S means solvent only, W/S means either, and X means vacuum only — no wet cleaning. We read the code before choosing a method. No tag? We test.
Can you clean a white or light-colored sofa?
Usually, yes — light fabrics show the biggest difference. We test first to make sure there's no dye-bleed or browning risk.
How long until I can sit on it?
Most upholstery is dry within a few hours, depending on the fabric and humidity. Keep the AC running to speed it up.
Can you get pet odor out of a couch?
Often, yes. Odor lives in the cushions and fill as well as the fabric, so we treat the source with enzyme-based products. Very heavy contamination may not fully clear — we'll tell you that up front.
Do you clean dining chairs, headboards and ottomans?
Yes — anything upholstered, as long as the fabric can be cleaned safely.
