Will the smell come back?
When the source is treated and extracted, the odor shouldn't return from that spot. Heavy, long-term contamination in the pad or subfloor is the exception — we'll tell you if that's what we're seeing.
Are your products safe for my pets?
Yes. We use pet-safe solutions, and the area is safe for pets once it's dry.
Can you remove old pet stains?
Many old stains lighten a lot or come out completely. Some urine stains permanently change the carpet's dye; we test and set expectations first.
Do you treat furniture and rugs too?
